Thought Leaders

We are continuing to develop the list of Thought Leaders, and expect to have a more detailed list in a few weeks.  In the meantime, we would like to make sure that we are attracting the folks who can guide the most popular topics for Real Estate BarCamp discussions (breakouts). Please leave us a comment with your thoughts.

  1. Kevin Woody says:

A thought leader is one who combines both their intellectual appetite for new and proven ideas with their leadership abilities to inspire others to implement these ideas. TLs contemplate ideas outside their chosen fields and make relevant connections to introduce those insights into their own sphere of action and influence.

I would love to hear from other bloggers who, like me, have been blogging for over 2 years and are at the top of Google Rankings. What kind of clients are contacting them, what posts get the most hits, popular features on their blogs, etc. Success stories! Not Blogging 101 but PhD blogging!

  3. Bob Fortner says:

Getting top placement is obtainable by anyone who is willing to put in the time and learn and write. I’d like to hear a discussion on lead conversion. Ways to successfully automate the process, etc. Best practices for getting the conversion ratio up.

I would like discussion on two topics: (1) Short Sales and (2) Real Estate Negotiating

  7. I look forward to the discussions. I am interested in 1) First things First– to begin to incoroporate technology in my business I want to know it saves time, insures quality, and converts to lead generation, either directly or by word-of-mouth about excellent service and expertise, and becomes a referral magnet.

    2) What to implement FIRST– What equipment I need — How to structure time on task– and how to measure ROI on varous techniques, tools and platforms.

I want to hear the How-To-Start-With-A-Bang and also some tried and proven success stories.

I look forward to the day when I feel I have as much to give as I have to gain. Today I offer myself as a nearly blank canvas on which someone else can paint the information from their knowledge and success to affirm and confirm their progress! :-) Thanks for including me!
