We are pleased that the “Beer for Bloggers”, pre-event party will be held at RallyPoint Sports Bar in Cary on Thursday November 5^th, 2009… We’re starting at 5pm! 

Rally Point Sport Grill was opened by long-time Cary resident Drew Schenck. This clean and comfortable bar has it all – great location, great food and a great space to watch sports. Drew has invited us to enjoy his bar and restaurant and make new friends at “Beer for Bloggers”.

 Walking distance from the Studio Plus Hotel  and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors  building where REBARCAMP RDU will be held, Rally Point is convenient and has enough space to accommodate our group without being too crowded. Food offerings include grilled sandwiches on locally baked artisan ciabatta bread, a delicious blackened catfish sandwich, chicken wings and homemade potato chips. For dessert check out their homemade funnel cake.

The full bar includes a variety of domestic and imported beers as well as liquor if you prefer a mixed drink. Rally Point will have a special drink available in honor of our event!  There will be live music starting at 8:00.

Over 4,500 sq ft inside gives room to sit at the bar or have a group at a more private table. Outside there is a 4,000 sq ft outside patio and here in North Carolina we have plenty of days where the weather allows for that space to be utilized. Check out live music on the weekends and open mic night Wednesday nights.
